住宅営業の マーケティング ノウハウを全国の建設、住宅産業業に導入し、業界の活性化と新しい形の建設業、営業マン像をつくりあげた。
建設業界において営業ｽｷﾙを確立し営業指導を開始した第一人者。

He had successive jobs as a sales manager, a business improvement project manager, product planning& development project managers at residential department  in Hebel house Co,. Ltd  from the beginning in the pioneer days.  At that time he worked as key man to build up  200 billion enterprises.
At Alpha Voice Consulting, he conduct strong sales,  product and marketing  strategy for construction industry. He introduced the marketing skill in  housing sales in Japan, and created new types of construction industry, and role model of sales. He leaded the sales skill and guided what is   sales leadership  in construction industry.
